• How to Order  •
Prior to beginning any build, a retainer of $2000 is necessary, which will lock in the price and put the "build" in to our schedule.  This initial payment is applied to the final price of the guitar, and is non-refundable.

You will receive a notice approximately 2 weeks before the construction is started, at which time an additional 1/3rd of the balance needs to be sent. After the guitar is built, and prior to final finishing, another 1/3rd of the balance will be due. The final payment (balance due) will need to be sent before the instrument is picked up, delivered, or shipped.

Shipping and insurance, and any applicable state taxes are not included in the price
• Warranty •
We warrant our instruments for a "lifetime" to the original owner. Our warranty does not cover normal use wear and tear, any abuse, or improper storage (extreme temperatures/climates). After you receive your instrument you will have 3 days to determine if it meets your expectations.

Full satisfaction is our goal, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, the guitar can be returned to me as long as it is in the same condition in which it was sent. Returned instruments will be advertised for sale, and a refund (minus any shipping charges) will be sent once it has been sold. "One-off" instruments with unique builds cannot be returned.
